Project/Program Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for initiating, planning, executing, and monitoring projects involving multiple people, processes, and Technology components. The Project Manager manages enterprise wide strategic projects with complex scope and scale, and reports progress directly to internal and external Senior Level Stakeholders.

Key position requirements, skills, and abilities include:

• Adept at leading projects/programs using both the Waterfall and Agile/Scrum Methodologies
• Skilled at aligning project requirements with the tactical and strategic goals of the business
• Experience with software specific deployment methodologies (i.e. SAP Activate Methodology)
• Able to build positive relationships with project sponsors, participants, and external partners
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required

SAP Enterprise Architect

Provides overall strategy and solutions regarding multiple processes.   This individual has command of functional business processes in their areas of expertise, and in-depth knowledge of industry best practices. The person in this role has an in-depth knowledge and understanding of SAP and is accountable for proactively identifying, implementing and sustaining a solution design to current and future business objectives. This individual will lead enterprise-wide projects / initiatives to investigate “what’s possible” and define a solution architecture that aligns with the IT/IS long term strategy.

Key position requirements, skills, and abilities include:

• 7+ years of experience in Information Technology, Business Process Design, and Leadership
• Deep knowledge of SAP system architecture and best in class applications
• Hands on experience with SAP S/4 HANA; BASIS level knowledge preferred
• Full knowledge of Integration capabilities with SAP, S/4 HANA, PI, and other integration tools

SAP Functional Architects

The SAP Functional Architect will lead the discovery, design, and delivery of the overall SAP solution for the customer within the functional area in which they are accountable. This role works closely with the business Stakeholders, Subject Matter Experts, and cross functional project team to complete all project related deliverables, build the SAP solution in alignment with business requirements, identify opportunities to improve the client’s business processes, and to support the maintenance of deployed SAP solution. Internally, the functional architect will help define innovative solutions and best practices that can be leveraged for future implementation and optimization initiatives.

SAP S/4 HANA Developer

This position provides technical and project expertise to design, develop and implement ABAP programs and related S/4 HANA applications of moderate complexity. This role works with functional areas to translate business requirements into technical program specifications. The role then codes, tests, implements and monitors the software. The position creates logical interfaces between programs and related business processes. As part of the SAP solution team, this role provides technical and application support as well as delivers end user documentation.

Responsibilities include:

• Capturing customer and user requirements
• Systems analysis, design, complex ABAP programming, testing, debugging and implementation of mission critical programs

Must have a thorough understanding of:

• SAP application development from basic ABAP through advanced HANA XS programming standards.
• Report writing using ALV and ABAP lists.
• Form Development using SAPScript, Smartforms, and Adobe Forms
